Sungurlu and Bahcelievler Primary Schools turnkey construction were planned under the development plan of Ministry of National Education Investment and Facilities Department and coded as 98E1.M4.P34. The construction was totally 12.224 m2 construction area. Sehit Kerem Beksiz Primary School have 12 classes on 3854 m2 having a capacity of 300 students and Kocatepe Primary School have 22 classes on 8370 m2 having a capacity of 560 students.
